Apple will completely redesign its App Store

Apple announced at WWDC 2017 that it is completely redesigning its App Store.

The redesigned store will open to the new “Today” tab, which will feature a selection of new apps.

Selecting applications from the Today tab will allow users to expand a detailed description of the app, including a summary and information provided by developers.

Another new tab is the Games tab, which will rank popular, new, and highly-rated games by categories, tags, and more. This tab will also include information on in-app purchases.

Apps will also have their own tab, while all programs will still have their own dedicated product pages. These will include reviews and detailed information about the software.

Apple said the new App Store will be included with iOS 11.
