Netflix adds HDR support for iPhone X
Netflix has updated its iOS application, adding HDR support for compatible devices.
The update adds support for iOS 11 and HDR streaming on compatible devices, which includes the iPhone X, iPad Pro, iPhone 8, and iPhone 8 Plus.
Viewing HDR content in the Netflix iOS app requires the user to have a Premium subscription to the streaming service.
Netflix’s HDR content is also available on the new Apple TV 4K, which supports UHD resolution streams.
