High Sierra

Apple has released its latest Mac operating system update, macOS High Sierra.

The updated OS – which can be installed on 2009 or newer iMacs and MacBooks, and machines from 2010 onwards – includes multiple new features.

The main improvements are upgrades to the underlying technology of the desktop OS, and it comes with improved versions of Safari and updates to the Photos app.

High Sierra will also feature a new file system called the Apple File System, which promises better performance, security, and reliability.
