Google Home app gets new features

Google has updated its Home app, adding new features and improving existing functions.

The app now sports an overhauled interface which allows for easier navigation and improved search features.

Recommended content from your streaming services will now also be displayed in the app, improving accessibility to movies and music.

Android users can also cast certain content to their smart TV from their smartphone.

The new version of Google Home is rolling out to Android users today – available for download from the Play Store.
