Google Chrome getting a dark theme – Report

Google Chrome is getting a dark theme, according to a report by Softpedia News.

The report referenced a mention in the Chromium Gerrit which stated that Chrome on macOS will be the first version to receive the theme.

There was no mention of when it will arrive, however, and there were no mentions of other versions of the browser getting the dark theme.

This includes Windows, Android, and iOS.

It is speculated that Chrome 71, launching in December 2018, will be the first version of the browser to get the dark theme.
