Microsoft has announced the release of Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18262, also known as 19H1, which will include the ability to uninstall more of the apps that come built into Windows 10, Ars Technica reported.
Previously, only a handful of the apps that were baked into Windows 10 could be removed.
These were Microsoft Solitaire Collection, My Office, OneNote, Print 3D, Skype, Tips, and Weather.
With the new preview build, the following built-in apps can be uninstalled:
- 3D Viewer (Mixed Reality Viewer)
- Calculator
- Calendar
- Groove Music
- Movies & TV
- Paint 3D
- Snip & Sketch
- Sticky Notes
- Voice Recorder
This functionality is only available for certain Insider users.
