Nokia doesn’t have a plan B
Nokia has put all its faith in the Windows Phone mobile operating system, so much so that the company doesn’t have a backup plan in the event that Windows Phone is a failure.
”Plan B is that Plan A is to succeed,” Nokia manager Victor Saeijs is said to have told Swedish financial newspaper Dagens Industri.
Nokia’s Lumia range of smartphones have garnered praise from the industry and are considered to be some of the best Windows Phone devices currently available.
This doesn’t mean all of Nokia’s eggs are in one basket however, as the company is rumoured to be developing a new operating system for its low-end feature phones which make up a large part of the Finnish company’s total sales.
