Microsoft Surface compatibility list for devices
Microsoft has released a compatibility list for the company’s new Surface tablet.
The list includes a variety of USB printers, headsets, keyboards and other products which will work with the Windows RT tablet.
Microsoft claims that the Surface supports a whopping 420 million different hardware devices, and has launched a new Compatibility Center which lists most of these products.
The devices are broken up into categories, allowing users to view “Cameras & photo,” “Printers & scanners,” or “TV devices” which will work with the Surface tablet right out of the box.
Microsoft also lists incompatible products, making trouble-shooting a lot easier.
