Sony launches new touch screen PC
Sony announced the VAIO J series for South Africa today. According to Sony the J Series brings touch operation to a Full HD display.
The VAIO J Series incorporates a 21.5” wide full HD touch screen panel with a 16:9 aspect ratio resolution of 1920×1080.
Movie soundtracks are enhanced by combining Sony’s original automatic sound optimization technology and Dolby Home Theatre technology, said Sony.
The VAIO J Series is based on the Intel® Core™ i5-520M Processor 2.40 GHz with Turbo Boost up to 2.93 GHz, with 4GB of memory and a 500GB hard disk. Graphics is delivered by a NVIDIA® GeForce® 310M GPU with 512MB video memory.
The VAIO J Series is now available in South Africa at a recommended retail price of R14 999.
