Telkom and DoC at Davos
Communications minister Dina Pule and Telkom chairperson Jabu Mabuza are both attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland despite the hefty price tag associated with the event.
Pule and Mabuza joined numerous South Africans, who work in the economic and finance sectors, at the event.
Moneyweb reported that delegates at this year’s World Economic Forum should be prepared to pay around R358,400 to attend the event.
“South Africa has sent its largest delegation this year – 126 representatives accompanied by nine ministers, placing the country sixth in terms of the number of ministers attending,” Moneyweb reported.
