Telkom and DoC set to spend big at Davos

Not bad for a third world African country with the worst DoC and Telkom on the continent.
 
I wish every time this happen, some other party will say "If we were in power, we would not allow that".
So then I know what I would vote for.
As I see it now, these politicians and bureaucrats are all the same, they just differ in colour.

It's the same story everytime politicians spend our money. They must overdo it. Whether is is cars, houses, shoes, conferences, breakfasts, you name it.

We are so screwed in this country.

That's bad. Usually we're first when we should be last and last when we should be right up there. maybe some of the comrades does not like the snow in Switzerland.

They can always invite some of us here along so that we can be the biggest delegation.

One of the minister's minions should call the relevant banks to report fraudulent activity (purchase of designer shoes) on the ministerial credit card and have all the transactions declined.
 
How Telkom can allocate such large budgets to this travel that doesn't add any value to their bottom line or is part of a strategy to turn the company around is beyond me.
 
Thing is they will learn nothing there, they will just carry on with their current policies. So it's like a holiday for 126 people...
