iBurst ups mailbox size

Wireless broadband provider iBurst has increased the size of subscriber mailboxes to 2 GB.

“The previous 10 megabyte size limit has been increased to 2 gigabytes enabling iBurst subscribers to store many more emails without the need to delete or file mails as often,” said Thami Mtshali, CEO of iBurst.

“Large mailboxes enhance productivity because emails seldom have to be deleted meaning work-related items are easily and quickly located,” added Mr Mtshali.

The switchover to the 2 gigabyte mailboxes occurred during the course of last week and all 60 000 iBurst subscribers were moved over to the new system in a seamless operation.
