...Yes, I know what vichyssoise is. I've even tried to make it myself. It turned out quite nice ... by my own standards.

The other day I bought a pre-made packet of Rogan Josh cook-in sauce and I cooked it with something (can't remember what). I just followed the instructions at the back.
Point is ... what the hell is Rogan Josh? Is it just a particular blend of spices?
