quick torrent speed test... for those willing too

for those who don't mind to do a quick test please post the following :)

1) torrent client
2) isp
3) package
4) average

I know these speeds sound extremly slow, but I get the same speed for any torrent on thepiratebay's top100 list. Almost 2months with this problem (even through most of the night), and mweb always say they never shape

tried a router reset ? location maybe jhb or ct ?
