I have just canceled my AH account and it feels good to get rid of them.Now who will be next to get my hard earned money?All I want 150gigs a month and full line speed(4meg) whenever I feel like youtubing or gaming.

Cancelled my 384k account last month and moved to OpenWeb Gold. I agree with Psycho Pitbull in that it's not perfect, but I don't have that "am I using too much?" feeling any more. Feels very liberating.

For the 2nd time!
Was with them, cancelled & went to OpenWeb - that was even worse. Returned to Afrihost & they moved me onto an IS uncapped because I was 'moving too much data' - 100Gb.

Cancelled last month and immediately wen't over to Axxess uncapped, no issues thus far. Every second day Afrihost has one or other issue. I didn't find the throttling acceptable, shaping is a better option.
Canceling this month, on a side note just got a reply from them.
"Good day Leon
I trust that you are well.
Your account is currently being managed down to a 384KB/s connection. What I can
offer to get the problem resolved is that this account gets moved to an IS account.
You will be able to use more and still remain at full speed. Your billing will
remain the same. The only thing that will change is your user name. Would you like
me to change this account over for you?

Where can you go to get 150GB/month WITHOUT being throttled/capped? I don't mind speeds as low as 512kb/s
