Neotel slow this morning

There are definitely HUGE problems on their network right now. Phone their NOC, the voice breaks up, indicative of voice over IP problems. Packet loss up to in excess of 65% across their entire IP network, and circuits that should be running at 300 - 400meg down to not much over 100.

We're waiting for them to sort it out and tell us what went wrong, but no feedback as of yet as to the actual cause. Looking like a massive broadcast storm though
