Garmin launches first South African concept store

Interesting...they need one here in Cape Town.

We need a mega store here like Wal-Mart or BestBuy, oh so I wish they would pay more attention to us.
 
Does a "concept store" sell concepts? Or is the store not a physical store but just a concept in someone's mind? Does the term mean anything at all?
