The first thing you notice about this product is the shape - it’s a very long and flat mouse. An uncommon design, and for good reason. The other aspect of the design is the groove on the bottom of the mouse to allow using the mouse as a laser pointer to be as comfortable as possible, and it succeeds in doing so. You’ll also notice the lack of a scroll wheel. This has been replaced with a touch-sensitive button, which, while very sensitive, works extremely well once you get used to it. Aside from the normal three mouse buttons, we have a back and forward button, F5 button, and even an escape button, located on the edges of the normal left and right click. In addition to this, there is a programmable button on either side of the mouse, about halfway down.

It was extremely difficult to reach these - and this coming from a person who has rather long fingers. The laser pointer on the mouse works well, is relatively bright and works at a range of up to 15m - more than enough when dealing with presentations and the like. Lastly, a few welcome features are hidden around the body of the mouse. The ability to disable the mouse at a click of a button when in pointer mode, the off button that helps conserve battery life, and the connect button, in the unlikely event that you lose signal, all make for a good user experience.
