The 2009 elections are almost upon us here in South Africa. I have gone to the effort of compiling a list of websites best suited to find information on all forty parties contesting the elections. With less than two days remaining until the process starts I hope you find the information helpful. Some parties unfortunately do not have their own websites with information, which is pretty bad form on their part, but alas I tried to give the best link to information about them anyway.
If you have registered to vote and still haven’t made up your mind, then now is the time to do a little bit of digging perhaps on which party is the closest fit to what you would like to see happen in South Africa in future. If you need more information about the elections then visit The Independant Electoral Commission’s website. They have everything there you may need to know like whether your are registed to vote and where.
