What's for lunch?

Proper easter eggs.
No longer suffering the diasapointment of a big egg that's hollow inside.
Coconut oil, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, dates, honey/maple syrup, vanilla, salt

Homemade (not by me - someone else in the family) and yeah - rich :). Nice to put in the fridge and chomp on occasionally, although this was finished at day 2.
 
Gammon from slow cooker, damn.
Left the thing in overnight, switched off at 6am, in AirFryer to crisp up.
I actually struggled a bit to get the thing out the AirFryer it fell apart like pulled pork.

Leftovers with rice and veg for lunch.

Cheese Griller Salad.

Left over cheese grillers from last night cut up into my usual salad mix.
