Our March Madness 2011 sale begins today. As it says; 30% off all products (excluding hosting and other services) from now until the end of March. Site is sloooow perhaps because the sidebar logos are 90KB - 135KB in size!!! yet the banner is 1000 x 180 and = 20KB.

Backround image is 1920 x 1080 and is 1.4MB uncompressed PNG that is set to preload on pages...

VERY unprofessional.

There does seem to be an issue with the site being slow, but I'm doing my best to get hold of the guy to do something about it.

Another problem is there few to choose from. I prefer to buy my stuff from one place.
Like there is i7 2600, but no 1155 mobo.

Again, the products listed there are just a small sample - certainly not everything!
 
They need to work on communication, because sites like mybb, PCBG, PC Format, PHForums, etc can either make or break your business. As they say first impression counts.

I am still waiting confirmation of my order. They are moving offices to a new place and I think they might be unavailable today.

Dude at least they're processing your order. I'm still waiting for a quote since last week and i've emailed them twice. Big Fail.
 
Must apologise for the delayed responses; there are a few issues with the new network and mail servers here hence not always having access to emails. Should be fixed by this evening so please bear with us and be patient.

How convenient after weeks of back and forward emailing, I decide to try and phone Point IT only discover their contact page is 404 not found. :(

Yeah they seemed pretty dodge, or otherwise completely useless.... So I never paid for anything.

I call bull**** ---> "Some of our clients have included a number of leading schools and property companies in South Africa and Tesco in the UK. "
