20 best mobile phones in the world today

That is just messed up, on fourth spot is the SGS and there the review it says it is a better phone than the Desire. Then You have the DHD, which is the Desire, just with better everything and the Desire is still on top spot? I would also say that the iPhone 4 is better than the original desire.

My top 5 list would be:

1. DHD
2. SGS/iPhone4
3. SGS/iPhone4
4. Nexus S
5. Desire

HTC Wildfire > Nokia N900, seriously? :wtf:

That list has all manner's of fscked up in it.

The writer/s keep on contradicting themselves with their comments that they've made.
I've only just briefly read through the top 5.

How the HTC Desire can come out tops? I really don't get it.
Not hating on HTC, but I would've thought the DHD is quite a few steps beyond it's older sibling.
Just cos it's battery life seems impeded by the great screen - that's why the Desire is tops above the DHD?
Gimme a break.

A bit OT, but when one takes into account the modding one can do with most of these (well Android is what I know) phones, then this list becomes obsolete.

Odd list :/

I'm not bias at all, but I'd go 1st BB9800, then BB 9780, BB9700, BB9300 ...

My top three phones i have had is :

1. N95 8GB
2. Iphone 4
3. Nokia 6680.

Had the n900 for almost a year, while i can see the appeal to developers, its a pretty poor phone.Resistive touchscreen, Bulky and with a OS that has no support and seems to be forgotten by nokia, also got tired of waiting for that long talked about meego update.

I'm also not biased at all in any way. I'd remove the BB9800 and all others on your list would move up a place.

I think it says something to me that while I am a technology lover, there hasn't been a phone since my Nexus One which has really made me think it's about time I changed.

Got my DHD 2 weeks ago. Was on an HD2 before running Gingerbread and loved it to bits. The DHD is a massive upgrade. Battery life is also way better than the HD2.

Agreed, I like blackberry but the torch is the worst I've had. Gone back to my reliable bold 9000.

There is no need for you to upgrade yet. There is nothing really special about the newer smartphones yet.
