New wave of change envisioned by DoC

The South African Department of Communications released their 2011-2014 strategic plan, including a turnaround strategy and the promise of “a new wave of change”
 
I have heard the DoC promise too many times of "changes". It's taken them 16 years to get there, i highly doubt they can get it right this year.
 
Thats all good and well, but we've heard it all before. Lets hope that they can actually make a difference this time around.
 
A turnaround strategy of fluffy ideas that cannot be measured to show real performance. Yet another huge FAIL!!! FFS, when will the DoC learn from their mistakes. Oh wait, maybe they'll form a committee in three years time to investigate what the **** up was. Seen it all before. So frustrating!!!!!:mad: :twisted: :mad:

Just more realistic - what have the gauvament promised and then delivered (inside time frame and budget)??? Usually we fit the bill or it never happens...
 
I didnt see any mention of my 100 MBPS line?
