Cannot get MTV,VH1,Travel channel on HD PVR decoder

I cant get MTV, VH1 & Travel channel on my HD PVR decoder all other channels is working perfectly including my HD channels even the recording function is working When calling DSTV multichoice this morning they indicate this seems that I`m having feed problem , So they cant provide the service we are paying them , now I`m waiting on a supervisor to call me back, I hope this will occur,

Are you using a shared dish by any chance? I can't get BBC, FTV and one or two others.

I rebooted my decoder now , and it seems that all the channels is now working , after 12 hours without MTV,

a faulty LNB can sometimes cause this problem!
