Android growth not hurt by patent trolls says Larry Page

I must admit I do see Microsoft as the modern day Mafia when it comes to Open Source patient deals.

The, pay me protection money or else, comes to mind, esp if you see how they continue to target the OEM's and smaller companies that dont have any patients and stay well clear from Google itself. Hell they even go so far as to forcing the companies that license not to disclose any information.

This reminds me sooo much of the IBM/Sun deal....
