In an article "Indiscreet Facebook poster gets the boot" in Sunday Times today, the journalist mentions the following :
"Another official said the understanding was that a ministerial chief of staff was a political appointee who was expected to toe the party line and respect its leaders."
So it has become acceptable practice that a ministerial chief of staff is a party member that will again ensure that other positions also be filled with party members ?
