Durban - A Gauteng woman has been raped in front of her teenage sons and their friends, just hours after arriving in KwaZulu-Natal for a holiday.

After raping the mother from Vanderbijlpark and ransacking the self-catering unit, the four armed men went to another self-catering unit on the same property and held the resident elderly couple up at gunpoint while they searched the house, threatening them with rape and murder.

The 38-year-old rape victim, her two sons and their two friends arrived in Richards Bay’s upmarket Meerensee for a five-day holiday just after 21:00 on Monday.

ur.. your comment makes no sense? How do you know the attackers are not white or the victims not black or vice versa?

you are the reason there's racism in ZA and no on else. Crime occurs in all countries in the world.

A horrible crime but it's pathetic that you use someones suffering to justify racism, when these types of crimes happen around the world.

Why not take what you need and then vanish.

I really can't handle this... couldn't even get passed the first paragraph of the article. Made me sick to the core. What kind of barbarians are these? And how long can we tolerate this? As much as I love this country, and as much as my heart beats for Africa, I cannot see myself putting my family at risk each and every day for much longer.... :mad::mad::mad:

You wrong! Crime happens to everyone and If you are a racist you don't need to be diplomatic. This crime makes me sick as well and just because the victim is white and the perpetrator is black doesn't mean you have to be racist. Not all black people raped this woman and you will find their motive was to rape regardless of race.
 
I might have a clue why this shyt happens,because people who breed and can't afford children usually leave them in the care of the elderlyetc(broken homes,abuse etc).

Violent crimes of this nature together with murder is more a black thing than a white thing. It's stems from the old cultures
