Does anyone know if this will affect the 011 447- exchange? I live near Rosebank and can't access international sites and local is dead slow!

Hi, one of my clients, also on 447, is down as well. Telkom logged a fault as normal. Don't know about how this issue will affect us. Can anyone help?
