Yeah, but after reading other posts here on the forums I've noticed that many of their clients doesn't use the correct e-mail address.

It seems unfair towards TRL that people complain here stating that the company doesn't respond where in fact they don't use the contact details which is available on the website.

Furthermore, TRL isn't allowed the opportunity to respond here on the forums due to being banned for some reason.

I'm sure that many of these complaints here on the forum could have been resolved faster if the people just used the correct contact details...it's like trying to phone Telkom on a 083 number then starting to bitch and moan here on the forum because of "no response" or "no answer".

Do you work for TRL Technologies?
 
Have you even dealt with TRL or followed the post regarding this company?
If you have then your common sense is failing you.

Yes I have and I currently have a premium seedbox vps service with them.
I settle my monthly invoices by eft and always experienced good service with them.
Seems like the cockup comes when paying by debit order...don't know whether they have resolved the issues.

My friend have adsl with them, both line and bandwidth, and then Cybersmart cancelled the line sometime during January due to a dispute between them and TRL. What I fail to understand is why Cybersmart found it neccesary to cancel the adsl line, instead of moving it back to Telkom? Anyone care to explain this?

What I also know is that TRL had my friend's line back online within 4 working days, so it's not like they don't care about customer service. Would be interested to know how many people has had their adsl lines cancelled by Cybersmart due to their dispute with TRL.

The actions of Cybersmart don’t seem fair towards TRL and then they had the audacity to approached TRL's clients directly...this practice seems very dodgy.

According to Cybersmart, all Debit order accounts were taken over by them (or they gave customers the option).
For EFT clients, they did not have the clients details as this info was in TRL's hands. They therefore could not contact clients on EFT and had to disconnect them.
I was one of the EFT clients (because TRL kept doing double debits every now and again). When I got cut off, TRL told me that there was a problem with the line and Telkom was looking into it.......LIAR. At first he responded to sms and he would occasionally answer calls. Then he stopped responding at all.
I then contacted Cybersmart and after much huff and puff they got my Internet sorted.

Cybersmart helpdesk is absolutely crap. I had to phone some head honcho directly to get my Internet up and running (after 4 weeks of no service). Every guy you speak to at the helpdesk is a "manager" and they are hopeless
I must note that I still get crap service from Cybersmart when I have a problem (like 2 days ago) but they have resolved my issues

One question that remains is why didn't Cybersmart just move the lines, of the eft paying customers, back to Telkom? Why did they cancel it without informing the line account holders? Surely they can't do as they please without the Telkom account holder's permission?

I mean, it's one thing if Cybersmart has an issue with TRL. But it's another thing when Cybersmart just acted without consideration towards the people who would be affected. If you ask me, there is no justification in Cybersmart's actions and I consider them to be reckless and irresponsible.

Cybersmart did un-measurable damage to TRL and if it was me, I would have sued Cybersmart.
 
You really think TRL didn't know that the lines would be cut if they stopped paying Cybermsmart since June/July. :wtf:
In my case, I felt TRL were very misleading and dishonest. I signed up with TRL, not Cybersmart.

I have an email from R at TRL where he tells that he was fully aware of what Cybersmart was doing......... This email arrived 2 weeks after my line was cut, dispite my desperate and numerous fruitless attempts to contact them.

Like I said before on this thread and others Cybersmart did NOT play the game and I will never deal with them. What ever happened between TRL and Cybersmart I do not know - or want to know - so in this whole distastefull sage my supplier was TRL and I was let down BADLY, so TRL are the people I hold responsible, I had never dealt with Cybersmart, so do not blame them for TRL just dropping me in the S***. No warning no nothing just no DSL one moring. Quite frankly people there is nothing to be proud of getting a line back in 4 days that you lost in the first place. I lost business, time and money to try and get my line back, while there was NO RESPONSE from TRL, not by phone or email. As for the truth...... I got so many confilcting stories from R at TRL that I have lost COMPLETE trust in them to ever deal or reccommend them for anything. If this was indeed Cybersmarts doing?????? they did undescribable damage to TRL.
 
So to sum up.

TRL didn't pay Cybersmart.
Cybersmart cancels the lines due to this and doesn't tell TRL.
TRL was unaware that lack of payment = service delivery cut.
TRL subscribers have their ISP managed circuits cut off.
TRL blames Cybersmart for not telling them.

AFAIK, the onus is on the line owner to reregister with Telkom. At least that's what I had to do when I moved my line back.

Well it seems that Reuben has lied to me once again. I asked him to pay us the money back, and he said the accounts department would do so on Friday. I emailed him several times, and so did my mom to get him to do this, and he still hasn't. When will this company start doing what they say they will? Patients is really running thin here. I am starting to get incredibly pissed off at these people.

I've told you trolls that I have a seedbox VPS from TRL and that my friend has an adsl line and uncapped account with them. I on the other hand have an M-Web uncapped account. I find it bloody annoying that someone keeps going on and on about a ****ing refund :mad:
