An interesting read from PhoneArena.com:Why it won't be Jelly Bean released this summer

IMO I don't thing Google will release a major update this soon after ICS release...considering it take at least 3-4 moths before other manufactures even has the OS ready for their devices.

I think they want to get it out and adopted before windows 8. (despite what the article says, I dont think google will ever underestimate or brush aside the MS threat, as MS did with them)
