Mmm, I would like to see this tender being audited.
It is not impossible for an 18 year old to have this savvy about them.

Isn't that how 'ol Julius started more or less?

Lovely...

They're not even trying to hide their corruption anymore

His elder brother is the mayor of the municipality that awarded the tender....
It makes no difference how savvy or unsavvy the kid is... this tender has CORRUPT written all over it.

ZDN trading was awarded the tender by the Sisonke district municipality, of which the Ubuhlebezwe local municipality is a part.

According to the report the elder Nxumalo, who resigned as a director of the company in 2009, is the mayor of this municipality.

At the time the tender was awarded, the elder Nxumalo was a councillor in the municipality and treasurer of the ANC's Harry Gwala region (Sisonke).

*sigh* and then when the road is substandard, the community will STILL vote these fsckers in...

Well it does smell strongly of corruption. But what if, and I do realize this is a "small if", the company actually can deliver the best "tender" to the municipality?

When this tender was in the process of being investigated the elder brother "ran" the company.. and the matric student was 16....

There is no "small if" on this one... this was a corrupt tender award.. through and through.

If you believe in absolutes I will never be able to agree with you.

Without investigation I am sure you will agree we can not judge anything although we may strongly suspect a something.

In this case, there is no need to investigate.... the suspicion is beyond strong enough.
