There was a few issues regards to fraud and problems with the VCpay services therefore please feed back any issues and problems anyone experienced with this services.
I registered for the service and did some online payments successfully. I found it very effective and reassuring as it works like an prepaid credit card facility. A "use once off" virtual Visa/Master credit card you created on your phone with unique details can be used to purchase online goods, while you have funds in your EasyPay E wallet. This card can be send to any receiver but they have to contact you to get the card value.

VCpay works on Android and Blackberry phones.

Here is their website link

More info can be found from these posts. Thanks for the tips VG008. :D

eBucks through Standard Bank? forget about it.

Best is if you use your FNB card to load the virtual card, you'll get the points and you don't have to worry about a ****ty bank like Standard Bank

Yeah, I need to change at some time!

My Standard Bank CC was initially blocked when I tried to make my first payment. (About half an hour ago)
Then they called me 15min after my first try and confirmed some details and said I could now continue.

I had in the meantime done an EFT. Wasted my time with Standard Bank and VCPay. I think it's almost time to start earning some eBucks. :erm:

No problems here worked first time? Some places you just cannot pay with EFT, like PSN;)

Been using it quite a while now - all over the place. Never been happier! Almost instantaneous eft confirmations. Now they just need to figure out a way for peeps like me to access their CC generator 'app' without an android/bb/iphone :(

used it recently for play store ...got an email from google to send them my documents to confirm my address..the cards are definitly valid as the play store picked it up but i think i did something wrong....i'd say its worth a try

Can I deposit money into my account then purchase a subscription via Paypal?

Not sure what you want to do here or why you need paypal unless they are looking for a credit card payment to paypal, if so it should work fine?

Last week I went:

VCPay Mastercard (couldn't get a visa - is there a reason)
Then I bought Entropay $20 with VCPay card (to get a Visa)
Then I bought IOMOIO.com with Entro Visa (they only take visa).

All worked just fine. Thing is, why could I not get a Visa with VCPay?

Simple brilliant! I have been looking for something like this for a long time. Now I can finally buy those Gems in the Guild Wars 2 Gem Store, and I already have!

Signed up this weekend to check it out. Can't charge the account using Investec Visa card. Called Net1 Support and they say their systems don't currently support Investec. Ah well. That's it then, I suppose. Disappointing.
