Microsoft's HomeOS brings home-automation to light

I could imagine waking up to a blue screen would slightly tick my off in the mornings haha.

But it does sound like a good start, maybe linking all the electronics in the home by wireless.
 
We don't need this - we already have Eskom to make our appliances crash periodically.
