LG announces 5-inch Full HD screen

Apple kinda not already done this?

Even though I'm now using a ipad 2 and my wife has a 4s and I like my idevices I still dislike the APPLE brand because of how their marketing takes advantage of isheeple.........I mean if you are serious with this question then it just shows how the average isheep thinks and it irritates the hell out of me that people can be so blinded and have the marketing wool pulled over their eyes like this

Or it just shows that he didn't read the article properly.

I thought retina display (330ppi) was the maximum resolution that the eye can see when holding a device at a comfortable distance. Therefore, going to 440ppi is redundant, since only people with a magnifying glass will be able to distinguish the difference.

We will probably sometime in the future hit such high resolutions, but we're not there yet. 440ppi sound really good - I bet you will be able to see a clear difference between that and 330ppi. It's always hard to imagine a better looking screen, but when it's in front of you, it makes sense.
