Internet habits could resemble signs of depression

Really?

Watching lots of videos, switching been lots of apps and obsessively checking email?

This sounds like a typical young persons usage of the internet to me.

Well, young people (teenagers) usually are depressed...

Obsessively checking email? Guess I'm immune then I compulsively hide from email .. usually until it finds me.

This sounds like an arbitrary research.

I would like to see what the questionnaire looks like because I am not sure that people actually understood what they meant when they agreed that they were iin depression'.

Note: being depressed for an our or two because you failed an exam doesn't mean that you are depressed but a continuous/prolonged sinking feeling resulting in anti-social behaviour would be classified as depression.

It could be that most respondents classified 'being depressed' as 'depression'.

Prob from the feeling of guilt for those who do things on the web that they shouldn't.

Or by constantly getting trolled.
