Chrome for iOS takes top spot on App store charts

Can't wait to install this when I get home. If it's anything as good as the Chrome beta browser for Android it should be a winner. Device syncing ftw!
 
Just downloaded it and played around a little - it seems real nice, much better than safari - if only I could set a setting so that it should be used as my default browser...
 
It's a shame they couldn't release a proper version rather than a reskin of Apple's version of webkit but I guess it will at least be good for those who use Google's sync services.
 
Really nice... I like that it's not that different from the desktop on my iPad.
 
As far as capability and performance goes, doesn't Safari on iPad and Chrome share the same webkit engine, or is there more to a browser than just the engine?

Chrome uses Safari's WebKit
