Me: "I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. I love you, I know you love me. The past bugs you, but I'd rather focus on the present and the future. I'm focussed on building back the trust I've shattered and I know it won't happen over night, the keys is one exercise that I think can be used in a way to build that back, however YOU need to want the same thing too. I love you, and I always will."

Something like that?

I don't want to push the issue more, but I feel if I leave it for longer then she might convince herself she's making the "right" choice by just dumping my ass when we've come this far....
 
something i've found and believe, if it's gotten to this point, the relationship is already almost over. i tried fooling myself too
 
What did you do for her not to trust you? The only thing that comes to mind is a) you lied or b) you cheated. Just spill the beans so that we can give you proper advice. This beating around the bush (excuse the pun) is not helping you.

Cook dinner, buy flowers and then say something similar to that. It just might work. (I'm guessing this relates to your other thread).

Just don't practice it too much. You got to sound sincere.

Yes, we still don't know about this "mysterious" past. In order for us to give proper advice, we need to have the low down on the situation stat.

Your previous posts were saying how it wasn't bad and all that, but if she is this worked up and distrusts you so much, some serious ***** has gone down or its just serious attention whoring.

the past is the past ...if she cant get over that then theres no way he should be with her

she cant be with him for who he is then she is not the one to be with ....

use this relationship as a learning curve for the next ...dont mention to the next about your past

no need to brag about what you did ..
