This looks like an experimental package to me. Still, how to get them onto boards, and what voltage capacity does it have, how good is the insulation? The article is a bit vague

This is totally meaningless without any indication of capacitance.

I already built one so small, you cannot see it. Unfortunately it is a 0pF version
