I've started having issues with my ADSL router (trendnet TEW-658BRM) whereby it intermittently seems to 'hang' for a minute or so before responding. First i thought it was my internet connection, but the same thing happens when i try to log into the router via ip address. If I use an alternate DHCP server, my connection is fine.
I'm keen to flash the router and install DD-WRT, but since it's not in the list of supported devices (also not in the list of non-supported devices), I'm curious to see if anyone here has tried it?

Looking for the same as well but looks like this model of router is not supported at all. Option is to go purchase a different router and make sure you can flash DD-WRT firmware on it before purchasing...

Trendnet sounds a bit dodgy...their prices are cheap...too cheap. I would not buy recommend them.

I have one and it hangs and disconnects all the time even though set to always on.
