Anyone know of tablets or supplements you can take for a iron deficiency, that doesn't require a script?

How about Iron Supplements? They might inhibit your copper and zinc absorption though.
Just go to a pharmacy explain what you want. They will caution you, but will supply without a script.

Looks like pharmacey is the way to go - I just remember having to take iron supplements when I broke my leg - had a lot of arterial bleeding - and those things made me woozy like a mofo!

Each AUTRIN* haematinic capsule contains:
Vitamin B12 (15 micrograms) with Intrinsic Factor Concentrate
1.5 N.F. Units (Oral)
Ferrous Fumarate 350 mg
(Elemental iron 115 mg)
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 150 mg
Folic Acid 2 mg
One capsule daily with or after meals will treat and maintain the average uncomplicated case of anaemia

Thing called pregamel ... an iron folic acid combination. You get different ones the more expensive they are the better absrption and less likely they are to constipate you as they are better formulations
