I need some help from any gym goers/trainers.
Is there any advice on exercises to tone up loose skin and get rid of the last flab areas? I would like an official flat stomach by next year Feb
(took me 1 and 3/4 years to lose the weight).
I have never been into a gym so you guys have to dumb it down for me. :erm:
