E-tolling bill not withdrawn in Parliament

Not withdrawn, but delayed... I can live with that for the next two months.

No surprise really .. too much opposition, delayed to minimise the impact on corrupt chief Zuma's chances at Mangaung.

No worries, we will just ignore buying e-tags next year then.
