E-toll decision expected on Thursday

The concourt case probably makes this doubly hard for the judge. Why did this review go ahead even after the concourt ruled that the interdict overstepped? Surely that must weigh on the judge's mind, but I notice that this wasn't made an argument in the review. I see the judge simply ruling that now that SANRAL have informed everyone they are free to go ahead with tolling.
 
If any of you believe that the court will rule in OUTA's favor, u should probably brace yourself for some bad news today. There is no way the judge will rule against SANRAL, based on the fact that the public werent informed, which was the foundation of OUTA's case. And even by some miracle if OUTA wins today, the ANC will just push ahead and re-do informing us and then implement it in June or something.

The best way this can go away is for these thieves to switch the system on and see how it collapses in a pile of $#!@$%

Anyone know what time today to expect the news?

Personally, I feel an early ruling favours e-tolling through. Zuma needs to show to his "investors" he can deliver the promised corrupt schemes.
 
Lets hope the judge were not "influenced" by the ANC/sanral to rule in their favour.

I bet you someone got to him. No other way he can come to a decision a month earlier than he planned to.

I'm not getting an etag, and I will only pay when I get a photo of my car under each gantry by registered mail.

Now everything is going to be even MORE fcking expensive... and masses think because taxis are excempt it won't cost them.. DUHH.. transport cost = passed to consumer. So they getting shafted buying any food related products...
