How to safely move your line back to telkom from mweb?

Hi guys how can I safely move my 10meg adsl line which is currently with Mweb back to telkom, without it getting canceled or downgraded?

Ive given Mweb more than enough time to adapt to current market pricing but there completely ignoring the 10mb crowed...

Where?

What crowed? A chicken?

Just call them, they'll send you a form to complete which will let them release the line and give Telkom permission to start charging you directly.
 
I meant crowd , I blame firefox spell checker...

I want to but I am bit hesitant in case something goes wrong,just want peoples opinions.
 
Mine worked just fine, it's the same procedure for when you move, you authorise MWEB to release the line. Telkom won't do it, they'll just say the line is owned by MWEB and you need their permission to transfer.

Good Afternoon FaSMan, you can request to migrate your ADSL line back to Telkom.

Please send me a private message if you would like me to escalate your request to the relevant team.

Mweb Guy will be missed, hes what made mweb for me, but I regret at the moment I just cant hold out any longer :/

Will still keep a small mweb capped account as backup, just in case , and wont be entering a contract so I can switch if all goes pear shaped.

Hi, how did this work out for you? im starting the same process but have my concerns as well.... were you able to migrate the line mid month or did you have to wait until the first and give a calender months notice?
