What do I have to do to stop receiving sms spam like this from Cell C?

I've tried replying to their messages with STOP, but that doesn't work. I've tried contacting their call centre, but all they can suggest is that I reply with STOP. I've been on the DMASA National Opt Out Register for more than a year now and I've opted out of receiving direct marketing communication and sales calls from Cell C via their web site on at least three occasions in the last 12 months, but the SMSes continue...

In fact, I've just tried opting out on their website again and this what I get in my inbox after submitting my request:

So clearly they're not even receiving my requests :confused:
