I can seriously not see the value add to this app. WhatsApp has the advantage that it has market share and super cross-platform support. iMessage has the advantage that it just works out of the box and integrates with the messages app on iOS and Mac. GTalk works across PCs and automatically on all Androids. BlackBerry Messenger works out of the box on BlackBerries. Facebook Messenger is there for all my FB friends (and who I seldom chat with).

Can't see this app becoming successful.
 
Just.me multimedia messaging app launched.... Read that and first thing that comes to mind is the already successful Whatsapp :/

I'd agree with you, except that I really wish they'd allow multiple logins (i.e. across two phones), tablet apps and desktop apps.

Sticking to "mobile only" these days are a bit stupid in my opinion.
 
I don't see the point of this either, unless it leveraged a non-existent platform to integrate other IM's its pretty much meh.. it has cool features admittedly but yah, yet another one to ignore

Nothing official. All of them are either using the Android version in an emulator or the Android version in something like x86 Android. And in these cases, you can't use your existing user either as WhatsApp doesn't support simultaneous logins.
