Where can I get L-Arginine?

At first I thought you wanted to make some Monster at home then saw that was L-Carnitine.
 
L-Arginine is a "performance" enhancer.

OP - you can also try Zinc, Lecithin and Maca.

While porch is correct we only produce it in low amounts so we may still need to supplement it but it would depend on diet. Porch does it convert to NO or not?

You don't need tablets, you just need to eat peanuts bro, fk me there is loads of it in peanuts. That is a direct source :p. I am sure dis chem must sell it. I buy lysine but i have never looked for Arginine because it's in almost everything i eat.

Considering L-arginine is an amino acid complete with carbon, nitrogen oxygen and hydrogen it can't "convert" into NO technically speaking. It can however be involved in reactions from which NO can arise though (which I'm guessing is what you were saying anyway). All amino acids carry an amino group from which they get their name. This group contains nitrogen and so could very well be used to generate NO.

Whether that is the specific mechanism of action for Arginine and its role in getting your dick hard I'm not really sure. It seems quite within the realm of possibility as far as my biochemistry knowledge goes though.

I didn't know people took arginine as a sexual performance enhancer. Seems strange to be dosing yourself with non-essential amino acids but I suppose we have dosed ourselves with stranger things over the centuries. :p
 
Its good for sexual health, not performance. Performance is things like viagra IMO

but he said he wants 100% pure L-arg not a supplement :confused: so i want to know why ?
