Before I call Telkom and try to talk myself past 5 lines of support, I wanted to see if others have had experience with this sort of issue.
For the past few days, I've had big lag spikes, as shown in the trace. I haven't examined enough to determine if it's due to congestion, but it doesn't exclusively show up during peak hours so I'm doubtful.
So, if you've experienced this before, are Telkom support equipped to investigate traceroutes? Are they likely to make me buy a new router? Does there happen to be someone here who works for Telkom and can look at that exchange?
