Just FYI in case there are some out there that is not sure what is happening. The bundle increases are effective immediately once Vodacom does the migration and gets allocated pro rata. I confirmed this with my sisters line. She was migrated from 2gig to 3 gig a week or so ago and got allocated 1.5gig or so.

It's voice, sms and data. It's less than a year old. The newer smart packages got data increases a few months ago.

You can migrate to the new Smart S M L and XL packages if you would like one of those instead. The Smart Standard and 229 is the old Smart packages. Those are the ones that was made legacy.

Ag anyway, I have wifi everywhere so it doesn't really matter. It just irks me that a few months after I got it you launch new versions of it and a few months later increase their data caps.

You do a migration. If you want ... PM me your number ... I will do a analysis on your line and see what Smart Package will suit you best and help you with the migration. Will this help you be less irked?
 
Hey Ockie, does this data increase apply to the Topup 2GB contract?
 
Why does my acount now list the MyGig3 bundle @ R169/m instead of the R149/m I was paying?
