Name and shame? How about firing them, or laying charges. The ANC knows no shame.
 
Agree with Sinbad, these bogs don't give a f***, and frankly name and shame is a far cry from justice.

Politicians should all earn a basic salary. Finished and klaar. Any performance bonuses should be them retaining votes.
Look at the legion of NGO's and outreach workers who earn next to nothing, yet do amazing work in very tough conditions. No gravy boat for those hard workers...

Agreed. They don't care if they get named as long as they can carry on at the trough.
